Craft Description: Provide detailed information about your display. For example, instead of just writing 'Jewelry,' specify the types, such as necklaces or earrings. If you work with multiple media, list each one clearly. After submitting your application, please email pictures of your crafts to crafts@wvfest.com to be reviewed by our jury.

TABLE AND CHAIR RENTALS
Tables and chairs are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis. They may be picked up at the Craft Check-in booth in the south grandstand. Please include that cost with your registration fee.
Tables: $10 each
Chairs:$2 each

I guarantee to the Walnut Valley Association that the crafts I exhibit for sale are my own and are hand-crafted by me as original design in as much as originality can be expected, and furthermore, I guarantee Walnut Valley Association that I am not a distributor or dealer for any item for sale in my booth. I have read and accepted the the regulations and requirements pertaining to exhibition and participation in the Walnut Valley Festival. I waive any claim of liability against the festival or its members or agents. I authorize the Festival to use information in this application and photographs taken at the event for promotional purposes. NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED.

Please send photos of your work to crafts@wvfest.com to be reviewed by our jury. Be sure to reference the name of your business in the email.

Applicants who are selected to exhibit in the Paulette Rush Arts & Crafts Show at the Walnut Valley Festival will be sent a link to pay their fees online or contacted to send in payment.
